As you may know from reading my blog, the main focus of my business is hard money loans for people that flip/rehab properties. I like these loans because they close fast and the rehab usually gets done fast as well. In general, I have noticed, that the normal rehab project goes from beginning to end in about 4 months. This works out for investors very nicely because they earn 9%-11% (annualized) and they get their money back every 4 months and can decide at that point if they want to re-invest.
